Hatha Yoga

Classical Hatha Yoga includes asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), mudra (gestures), and bandha (body locks).
A Hatha Yoga class can be tailored to meet a variety of goals. It can be used to promote physical conditioning, to relax and rejuvenate, to tonify organ systems, to de-tox the body, or to raise energy in the psychic channels for spiritual awakening.
Whatever the goal, Hatha Yoga will increase your awareness of your body, your self, and your environment.
